South Carolina Injury Attorney Pat McWhirter has dedicated his professional career to building a first class law firm that represents injured victims throughout South Carolina.  McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates, P.A., has offices throughout South Carolina including in Aiken, Lexington, Columbia, Camden, Sumter, Newberry and Orangeburg.

Attorney McWhirter handles all kinds of personal injury cases including wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, workders compensation, nursing home abuse, and, of course, auto, truck and motorcycle accident claims.

Attorney Pat McWhirter has been practicing law in South Carolina since graduating from South Carolina School of Law in 1973.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in South Carolina, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
