Dallas personal injury attorney John Polewski  is a gifted trial lawyer who takes the time to listen each client and to understand the complexities of your case.  Attorney Polewski devotes his practice to representing personal injury and medical malpractice in Dallas and throughout Texas.  He also handles complex business and insurance disputes.

Attorney Polewski is certified by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas as a personal injury trial law specialist. In addition, he holds an AV peer reviewed rating from Martindale Hubbel and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an elite group of attorneys representing less than 1% of all attorneys in the U.S.

John Polewski graduated from law school in 1984.  After achieving the second highest score on the Texas Bar exam among the 2,000 plus lawyers who sat for the Bar that year, he immediately began handling personal injury and business litigation matters.

Mr. Polewski is married with one daughter.  He is active in his community including in the Chamber of Commerce and his local Rotary Club.
