Virginia Accident Attorney John Cooper was born and raised in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, VA and has been practicing law in that area since 1988.  Hi practice consists almost entirely of representing personal injury victims injured or killed in serious car, truck and motorcycle accidents.  Norfolk Virginia Attorney John Cooper also handles cases involving railroad worker injuries under FELA (Federal Employers Liability Act).
