Attorney Bio

Much like my clients, I understands how frightening it can seem when faced with a legal issue.
I have been through a divorce and, when I was married, we filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. After my divorce, I finished my MBA and went to law school. In 2006, I established The Law Office of Diane Anderson instead of joining a firm so that I could support my two children.
I understand hard work and facing fears in legal situations. These experiences have given me the compassion I need to empathetically serve my clients.
I am a director of the Amador County Chamber of Commerce and the President of the Amador County Bar Association. I am passionate about education and giving my clients the power of knowledge so that they may be better equipped to make decisions about their futures.
