Eric Clayman

Attorney Bio

Attorney Eric Clayman was born and raised in southern New Jersey. A graduate of Cherry Hill High School, Eric went on to attend Rutgers College, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in 1982. After college, Eric attended Rutgers School of Law, which awarded him a Juris Doctor in 1985. After graduating law school, Eric served as a law clerk in the Tax Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Anthony M. Lario, J.T.C. In 1994, Eric partnered with fellow bankruptcy attorney Jeffrey Jenkins to form Jenkins & Clayman. Eric has lectured before other attorneys on consumer bankruptcy law, and he has twice been voted one of New Jersey’s Top Bankruptcy Attorneys.
